Comments: We had some leaks in our roof which caused some damage to our ceiling. We had three companies come to provide quotes and not only was CertaPro the lowest, they were the most professional as well. Angelo Nicola was extremely professional and knowledgeable which helped us immensely with the project. After we contacted for the service, the CertaPro painters were all that we could have asked for - and more! They were on time, well prepared, very detail oriented, considerate and very capable painters. So much so that we decided to add a significant amount of work as a change order! The team completed their work on time and had a supervisor come out for the final inspection of their work. Unfortunately we found a small issue - an area that was repaired did not have texture applied. I contacted Anthony Nicola and he promptly coordinated a team to come out to correct the oversight. The house looks great and I highly recommend CertaPro for your painting project.

Comments: Overall they did a good job. I did not reate 5 stars on value or quality becaue they missed a couple of things I initially requested (they were small in comparison to the whole job though) and when they did the wall "repair" they just spread joint compound instead of cutting out the part that needed to be repaired and replacing it with new drywall. I thought that was shortcut they shouldn't have taken, especially with one of the cracks. These items were small and next time I use them I will just communicate the problems and I am sure they will exceed expectations.
